So, you are welcome to our house, to be considered your house for a number of days. We see it that way so you, please, treat it the same way too.
You may use all facilities and amenities as you use your own. Exception: locked doors and all upper closets in the bedrooms. Special care should be taken about marble and stone floors, since they get stained easily by all oily staffs. Difficult to recover.
Please, do not allow more or different persons than the ones stated on the Rental Agreement. The implications of doing other way are stated therein and we sure would not like to impose them.
Cleaning of the house and change of linen is performed every 4 days. You may set the time of the day you want that by coming in touch with us.
The neighbors are good, friendly and not annoying by any means. So, please, do not annoy them either. Avoid loud noises during the resting hours (15:00 to 17:00 and after midnight).
One may walk to reach the little golf to the left and enjoy swimming or sun tanning.
We can provide you with a map where you may find the points and places of interest, such as beaches, museums etc., as well as places with good food (mostly according to our personal taste. Hopefully it matches yours!).

Check-in time is 14:00 on the day Vacationer’s scheduled reservation begins. No early check-ins without prior consent of Owners.
Check-out time is 11:00 on the day Vacationer’s scheduled reservation ends. No late check-outs without prior consent of Owners.
The owner assures the following: Free escorting from/to the port, maid service and bed linen and towels changed every fourth day.
USE AND ENJOYMENT OF UNIT AND PROPERTY
Use of Premises
Vacationers will comply with all local laws, ordinances and community rules regarding the use of the premises. Vacationers will comply with all owner set rules as follows:
- Rental property should be left in the same condition as originally found. Special attention should be paid not to smudge floor marble and/or wooden table with oil or grease since stain removal is difficult and expensive.
- The upper closets in the bedrooms should be kept closed as they contain owner’s staff.
Failure to adhere to these rules will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay and all monies paid will be forfeited.
At no time, shall the occupancy of the vacation rental exceed the number agreed upon, unless after owner’s permission. The owner should also be noticed in advance for any change in the identity of guests.
Vacationers shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the rental unit. Any disturbance resulting in police action, neighborhood complaints or any violation of the rules and regulations is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay with all monies paid forfeited.
Normally pets will not be allowed. If you want to bring one with you please check with us first to have authorization.
The unit is furnished by the owner.
The unit is equipped for light housekeeping. All paper goods, cleaning products, linen and towels are provided.

Any undue or unreasonable cleaning necessary as a result of the vacationer’s stay will result in a cleaning charge assessment of € 20 per hour, with a one (1) hour service minimum.
Vacationers will not be provided a key for owner’s personal storage spaces. Any attempt to enter locked areas is cause for immediate termination of this agreement, forfeiture of all monies paid, and Vacationers will be liable for any damage and/or missing items. If the damage amount exceeds the amount of the deposit, the Vacationer remains liable for the outstanding amount. Should the owner have no damage to claim, the security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out.
Key Charge: A € 100 fee will be charged to Vacationers for failure to return any/all Rental Property related keys.
These charges shall be deducted from the security deposit.
Owner attempts to properly maintain the vacation rental. The Vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as television, etc. although the owner shall do his best to remove such inconveniences.
No refunds will be given for occurrences beyond the owner’s control. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said Vacationers and guests. Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer’s belongings during their stay at the vacation rental.
